Lovely food selection, I would recommend!
When I am in Kilkenny, I like staying here. The staff is polite and welcoming. The location is incredible and favourable, very close to everything. There's cool Cafe la Coco not too far away from the hotel, make desserts etc.

It had very central location close to Kilkenny Castle. Our rooms were new-fashioned and airy with large bathroom including a bath as well as comfy bed.

Fairly clean place, staff was nice. The room was bright and featured coffee and tea making equipment, and tea/coffee. The bed was lovely; and there was a bathtub. The location was wonderful, just next door to the castle, eateries and shops, and main areas. I randomly popped in Cafe la Coco serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, it was nice.

Quiet and bright room, all in all had such great stay.
The staff was polite, welcoming all the time. The property's location was great, so close to everything you would like to see in Kilkenny. Had lunch/dinner at Anocht Restaurant, which I found within walking distance of the hotel.

fanad house exceeded our expectations during our biking trip to kilkenny. the quietness and respectful guests made for a peaceful stay. the scrumptious breakfast and comfy bed were perfect for a good night's sleep. we will definitely be coming back!

The room was fairly quiet and huge, the hotel was clean. The staff were very nice and assisted me greatly. Booked a room for the hot breakfast. I had a full cooked and great breakfast with fresh fruit in individual pots for hygiene. The location of the property was marvellous - a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Watershed Sports Complex.
